Too often (wrongly?) taken for granted, softskills are essential in a constantly evolving world where change has become a way of life.

These include behavioral knowledge, attitudes, personal, human and relational skills.

Often overlooked, softskills are increasingly present in business processes, whether in project management, decision-making, recruitment or employee appraisal (yes, you know, the famous annual appraisal).

What we propose!

On an individual basis, coaching generates real awareness! A few sessions are enough to gain self-confidence, unblock situations or modify certain behaviours that are harmful to your personal progress.

Our workshops aim to consolidate what you have learned and what you do mechanically without realising it.

They are mainly about collective intelligence, teamwork, especially when employees are spread over several sites and/or have to work together remotely.

Creating a good group dynamic and allowing each talent to express itself is as important as having the academic knowledge or experience required (the know-how) for a job.

Group sessions can also cover business networking, peer-to-peer conflict resolution, facilitation of meetings and work groups based on creative and participative methods, public speaking and persuasion skills...

These 2-hour workshops are designed for groups of a minimum of 4 people (and a maximum of 15 people). They are based on the immediate application of the concepts covered.
