These are the behavioral knowledge, attitudes, personal, human and relational skills.

As for our workshops, they aim to consolidate your learning and what you do automatically, without realizing it.

They mainly focus on collective intelligence, teamwork, especially when employees are spread across multiple sites and/or must work together remotely.

Knowing how to create good group dynamics and ensuring that each talent can express themselves is as important as having the academic knowledge or experience required (know-how) for a position.

Group sessions can also focus on corporate networking, conflict resolution between peers, facilitating meetings and working groups based on creative and participatory methods, public speaking, and the ability to convince...
