Who am I
My name is Leila Kheir Beik. With 25 years of experience in the corporate world in telecommunications, first as a sales representative and then in the field of trust companies as an account manager and then accountant. Today I work in a dual capacity: independent accountant and life/business coach.
My professional journey has been a revelation because it allowed me to understand that I was experiencing a disconnect on a daily basis with my environment. A more marked sensitivity than average, a permanent questioning of my surroundings and human behavior in general were all clues that finally led me to explore the path of High Potential and its procession of hypersensitivities.
In the professional world, it remains complicated to maintain a balance between the rational side, which is highly valued, and the emotional side, which is sometimes hidden, since it is seen as a weakness, so we hide our sensitivity.
My coaching will help you better understand yourself:
- It is essential to better understand one's nature and how one interacts with the world when strongly impacted emotionally by one's environment.
- It is essential to learn to recognize oneself through different intelligences, overexcitabilities, defense systems, and the false self that one has built in order to over-adapt.
- Restoring meaning, discovering and respecting one's values, and then nurturing one's need to contribute are all avenues for regaining well-being, balance, and strength.
