Who I am
My name is Leila Kheir Beik. I have 25 years of experience in the business world, first in telecommunications as a sales person and then in the fiduciary field as an account manager and accountant. Today I work as an independent accountant and life/business coach.
My professional career was a revelation as it allowed me to understand that I was experiencing a daily discrepancy with my environment. A more marked sensitivity than the average, a permanent questioning about my environment and human behaviour in general were all clues that finally made me explore the High Potential track and its procession of hypersensitivities.
In the professional world, it remains complicated to maintain a balance between the rational side, which is highly valued, and the emotional side, which is sometimes hidden, since it is seen as a weakness, so one hides one's sensitivity.
My coaching will help you understand yourself better:
- To better understand one's nature, to understand one's way of being in the world when one is strongly emotionally impacted by one's environment is essential.
- It is essential to learn to recognise oneself through the different intelligences, over-excitabilities, defence systems and false self that one has built up in order to over-adapt.
- Restoring meaning, discovering and respecting one's values, and nourishing one's need to contribute are all ways to regain one's well-being, balance and power.
