Who am I
I have been working for over 20 years in highly competitive and constantly changing environments. After starting in national structures, I then moved to international groups to be in charge of major international accounts.
My specialty and pleasure is to implement favorable conditions for collaboration between women and men from different countries and thus enrich projects with the specific skills of each and everyone.
This experience has forged my conviction that it is essential to reserve spaces for breathing and reflection in order to take the time to reflect on oneself and on one's deep motivations as well as on our areas for improvement in various fields such as:
- Definition of medium and long-term objectives and concerted actions to be implemented
- How to better support teams
- Ensuring that space is left for the various members of your team and your colleagues so that they can express themselves and flourish on a daily basis
- What other operating methods could be implemented for the general benefit of the company
- …and above all, ensuring the alignment of our convictions and our actions, which is, in my opinion, one of the key elements to our own fulfillment.
The objective of my support is to help everyone find their own answers rather than coming up with ready-made formulas. My coaching can be individual or in groups depending on the objectives defined. In any case, I propose to accompany you on your path, the one of which you will be the main player.
