Bertrand Le Saulnier

I have been working for over 20 years in highly competitive and constantly changing environments. After starting out in national structures, I then moved on to international groups to be in charge of major international accounts.

My speciality and my pleasure is to create the right conditions for collaboration between women and men from different countries and thus to enrich projects with the specific skills of each and every one.

This experience has forged my conviction that it is essential to take time to reflect on ourselves and our deepest motivations as well as on our areas of improvement in different fields such as :

• Definition of its medium- and long-term objectives and the concerted actions to be taken
• How to better support teams
• Ensuring that there is space for individual team members and colleagues to express themselves and develop on a daily basis
• What other modes of operation could be put in place for the general benefit of society
• .... and above all, to ensure that our beliefs and actions are aligned, which I believe is one of the key elements to our own development.

My coaching aims to help each person find their own answers rather than coming with ready-made formulas. My coaching can be individual or in a group, depending on the objectives defined. In all cases I propose to accompany you on your path, the one in which you will be the main actor.
