High Potentials

Giftedness is a difference, not a superiority.

Emotions often fill you completely. Your brain is in perpetual turmoil. Branching thoughts race relentlessly through your head...

If you are an adult who discovers their giftedness later in life, you have probably spent part of your life wondering if you were crazy, constantly doubting your abilities, and feeling out of step with the world.

More so than average, you are a victim of the 'imposter syndrome,' you excessively question yourself and perceive that you are different, without understanding the reasons.

As a person with high potential, you are endowed with emotional hypersensitivity and extraordinary empathy. Like real sponges, you are at risk of emotional overload. Added to this is hyperlucidity, a great sense of detail and relentless perfectionism.

Performed by a coach with a similar profile, coaching will offer you:

  • A global understanding of your high potential nature, far from the clichés of giftedness.
  • A space in which you can express yourself while maintaining your speed of reasoning and your logic.
  • Compassion in the face of your emotional/sensory hypersensitivity.
  • A neutral perspective; by virtue of their position, the coach is neither in admiration nor in judgment.

How?

Coaching a person with high potential is based on listening, questioning, and defining a clear support objective, on issues of a private or professional nature.

It takes place in the form of individual sessions in order to

  • Recognize your current functioning.
  • Identify your blockages and limiting beliefs.
  • Listen to and master your emotions.
  • Accept yourself with your strengths and your areas for development.
