Giftedness is a difference, not a superiority.

Emotions often fill you completely. Your brain is in a perpetual state of flux. Thoughts in a tree scroll relentlessly through your head......
If you are an adult who discovers your giftedness late in life, you have probably spent part of your life wondering if you are crazy, constantly doubting your abilities and feeling out of step with the world.
Victim, even more than the average, of the "impostor syndrome", you question yourself excessively and perceive that you are different, without understanding the reasons.
As a high potential person you are endowed with an extraordinary emotional hypersensitivity and empathy. You are like a sponge and are therefore at risk of emotional overload. In addition, you have a hyperlucidity, a great sense of detail and a strong perfectionism.

Carried out by a coach with a similar profile, coaching will offer you
- A global understanding of your high potential nature far from the clichés of giftedness.
- A space in which you can express yourself while maintaining your speed of reasoning and logic.
- Kindness in the face of your emotional/sensory hypersensitivity.
- A neutral look, the coach's posture is not one of admiration or judgement.
d
How?
Coaching a high potential person is based on listening, questioning and defining a clear objective of support, on private or professional issues.
It takes the form of individual sessions to
- Recognise your current functioning.
- Identify your blocks and limiting beliefs.
- Listen to and control your emotions.
- Accept yourself with your strengths and areas for development.
